Description:

This Computerized Accounting and Office Administration course is designed to provide students with systematic knowledge and skills in computerized accounting and office administration. Students are taught in a hands-on environment where each student will use one computer equipped with the latest accounting software applications, such as QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, ACCPAC and SAP FI/CO. Students will be led by an instructor with both solid professional and teaching experience. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be conferred a college diploma in computerized accounting and office administration.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Must have a Grade 12 Diploma (OSSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate; basic Proficiency in English. The student is required to take an English test if English is his/her second language; and one must be 18 years of age or older. Basic computer skills and basic mathematics knowledge are also required. Must pass an entrance test.
